Who We Are
Bubbles Club is the client app and website for the re:H Bubble Shot network. It helps clients find participating clinics, claim promotions, collect and redeem Bubbles rewards, keep Bubble Receipts, and shop selected products or services.

Information We Collect
Location information
Approximate or precise location may be used when you choose to find nearby clinics. You can use clinic browsing without granting device location access.
Camera and QR scanning
Camera access is used to scan membership or coupon QR codes. QR scan data is used to confirm coupon redemption, treatment records, and Bubbles rewards. Camera images are not used for advertising.
Coupon, wallet, referral, and treatment activity
We process coupon claims, redemptions, Spendable Bubbles wallet records, referral code activity, Bubble Receipts, clinic visit confirmations, treatment names, and reward history.
Purchases and payment records
We may keep product order, clinic transaction, payment status, refund, reimbursement, and receipt records. We do not store full payment card numbers in Bubbles Club.
Device, session, and security information
We may collect device identifiers, app session data, IP-derived security information, request IDs, audit logs, crash or error information, and fraud-prevention signals.
How We Use Information
- Provide account login, customer support, security, and service notifications.
- Show clinic information, offers, coupons, wallet balances, treatment records, and Bubble Shop orders.
- Verify coupon redemption, membership QR scans, treatment confirmations, rewards, referrals, refunds, and reimbursements.
- Prevent fraud, duplicate rewards, unauthorized access, payment abuse, and clinic or staff misuse.
- Improve app reliability, product quality, clinic operations, and customer experience.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, dispute, audit, and regulatory obligations.
How We Share Information
We share information only when needed to operate Bubbles Club, protect users, or meet legal obligations. Recipients may include participating clinics, authorized clinic staff, cloud hosting and database providers, identity providers, payment processors, delivery or support providers, analytics and security tools, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement when required.
Participating clinics may also have their own privacy duties for clinical or treatment records they create in their clinic operations.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, staff permission checks, audit logs, and separation between customer, clinic staff, and master admin access. We limit access to personal information to people and service providers who need it for their role.
Retention And Account Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including service delivery, loyalty and coupon records, security, accounting, tax, refund, reimbursement, dispute, and legal requirements. Some transaction, receipt, fraud, audit, and reimbursement records may need to be retained after account deletion where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Children
Bubbles Club is not designed for children. Beauty, wellness, clinic, purchase, and rewards features are intended for adults or users with appropriate guardian consent where local law requires it.
International Processing
Bubbles Club may use cloud and service providers that process information outside your country. When this happens, we use reasonable safeguards and service-provider commitments appropriate for the type of data and service involved.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Bubbles Club changes or when legal, security, or operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with the update date above.
