How To Request Deletion

Email privacy@bubblesclub.io with the subject line "Bubbles Club account deletion request".

Please include the information below so we can find the correct account:

• Your Bubbles Club display name, if known.
• The email address, phone number, or LINE account used to sign in.
• A short confirmation that you want your Bubbles Club account deleted.

What We Delete Or Anonymize

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account profile information, optional marketing preferences, app session data, devices, and other personal information that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, refund, reimbursement, audit, legal, dispute, or clinic operational obligations. These may include transaction records, Bubble Receipts, coupon redemptions, reimbursement records, and audit logs. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or anonymized.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to verify the account. If additional steps are needed, we will explain them by email.
